Faculty are strongly encouraged to include their assessment and related improvement activities within their annual performance evaluations. Assessment information is applicable to courses taught and other educational experiences delivered, as well as service activities such as serving as a Program Assessment Liaison (PAL) or as an assessment committee member for a program, department, college, or the campus.
